THE COMPANY: My client are a forward thinking main contractor with a regional turnover in excess of £70m. They pride themselves on being able to deliver the more interesting and challenging projects valued to £20million. Their extensive portfolio of completed schemes spans a wide range of sectors including cutting edge carbon free buildings, Defence, Education, Commercial, Leisure and these have been secured using a diverse range of procurement methods including substantial repeat business methods due to their non-confrontational approach. They are also included on many Framework agreements.
With a very low turnover of staff a rare opportunity has a risen for a Project Manager to join the company.
THE ROLE: Project Manager – being the no:1 project lead, reporting to the Operations Director. Along with all normal day to day Project Manager duties you will also need to be client facing for this position, they have completed a number of projects for this Client and will want a non-contractual approach.
