WeDoData are working with a school in Reading who are looking to appoint a Data Manager to manage and develop their School’s Management Information System.
This role is at an All Girls Secondary School, Ofsted rated ‘Good’, part of a wider multi-academy trust. The team are diverse, supportive and inclusive. The wider organisation has a collaborative approach which offers plenty of scope to learn and develop within the role and opportunity to progress within the group.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing and administering whole-school data (SIMS)
* Analysis of student performance data (4Matrix)
* Maintenance, assessment and reporting on student records
* Training on data interpretation to SLT
Successful applicants will have:
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Excel)
* Strong reporting and analytical skills
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Experience using SIMS, or other School Management Information Systems
* Experience with 4Matrix, or other school analytical tools
