One-to-One Support, Support Manager (permanent)
£30,091.30 per annum
Responsible to the Day Opportunities Operations Manager
Based at Howbery Park, Wallingford
37.5 hours per week (full-time) Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
We are looking to appoint a permanent One-to-One Support, Support Manager to provide ongoing management of the Turnstyle One-to-One Service. The service will provide one to one support for individuals with complex needs or those who require outreach support. The support provided is based around the needs of the individuals with activities tailored to suit the individuals supported.

· To be able to manage a complex and diverse workload using excellent time management skills
· To inspire own service to promote development for all
· To provide expert supervision, mentoring and coaching to assistants and support staff

· Resilience skills and ability to work under pressure at times
