Overview:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join a vibrant Secondary School in Southampton on a long-term contract, with potential for permanency. You will be responsible for teaching Food Technology to students, contributing to a positive learning environment within a supportive department.

The Role:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Teaching Food Technology to students
Planning and delivering engaging lessons suitable for all learners
Assessing and marking students' work to track progress
Upholding the school's curriculum standards and fostering academic excellence
About the School:
This mixed Secondary School in Southampton caters to students aged 11 to 16. With approximately 1000 students, the school prides itself on its positive reputation and boasts a supportive Senior Leadership Team dedicated to its values. On-site free parking is available for staff.

Requirements:

Experience teaching Food Technology
Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student achievement
Willingness to obtain an enhanced Child Workforce DBS, if not already on the update service
