Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a vibrant Secondary School in Southampton on a long-term contract, with the potential for permanency. You will be teaching Maths to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, contributing to a positive learning environment within a supportive Maths department. The School will consider Early Career Teachers for Maths and overseas trained Maths teachers that come with experience teaching Maths following the UK curriculum. 

The Role:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Teaching Maths to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to all learners
Assessing and marking students' work to ensure their progress
Promoting the school's curriculum and striving for academic excellence
About the School:
This mixed Secondary School in Southampton provides education for students aged 11 to 16. With approximately 1000 students, the school maintains a positive reputation and boasts a supportive Senior Leadership Team committed to its values. On-site free parking is available.

Requirements:

Experience teaching Maths up to and including GCSE level
Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student success
Willingness to obtain an enhanced Child Workforce DBS, if not already on the update service
