This role requires someone who has lived in the UK for over 5 years, with the ability to commute without public transport as Whiteley is not a good location for buses/trains
Copello have partnered with our client in Defences Services, in the recruitment of a Service Desk customer support to work all aspects of the service desk function and process.
The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of providing first class customer service to all the businesses managed contracts.
This is a customer-focussed role requiring the ability to identify and separate strategic, critical and important information and complex problems, therefore strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are imperative.
In addition, you will have:
* A high level of customer service and the ability to manage expectations
* IT knowledge of Microsoft Office & Fault Management software
* Ability to ask challenging questions to gain information
* Confidence to participate in group discussions
* Ability to confidently make sound decisions and communicate at all levels of the business
* This is not an IT support role
To apply for this role, you will:
* Be able to decipher and understand complex information and problems, quickly being able to identify key points
* Have experience in a service centre environment (advantageous)
* Possess strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
* Have a fault investigation background
* Have excellent written and verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills
* Be well versed in Microsoft office applications including Sharepoint
* Be able to quickly adapt to new technology and environments
