A great opportunity for an experienced senior Demand Planner to join a fantastic company in a brand-new role for the business
Role responsibilities include;
* Utilise historical data, market trends, and inputs from sales teams to build an accurate demand forecast.
* Analyse demand patterns and identify factors that may impact demand fluctuations.
* Identify and implement forecasting software
* Minimise unplanned spikes in production through better forecasting and data interrogation.
* Drive forecast accuracy, root cause analysis and action planning.
* Perform market analysis.
Key skills required;
* Proven Demand Planning experience
* Strong analytical & Advanced Excel skills
* FMCG industry experience
* Understanding of S&OP process
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
