We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team to focus on Temporary placements & Contract placements. We bridge the gap between exceptional candidates and organisations searching for the perfect candidate.

You will be responsible for developing and growing your client base to assist in the success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
Specialising in the temporary recruitment of Industrial & Commercial personnel.
Building and maintaining relationships with new clients to ensure a first-class service is delivered to our customers, whilst capitalising on new business opportunities
Proactively sourcing candidates in the marketplace
Accountable for driving sales and margin growth to increase branch profitability
Achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets
Developing and enhancing the business brand in your chosen marketYou will need to be confident in your ability with -
Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
Results-orientated mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
Strong influence, persuasion, and networking abilities
Self motivation and ambition On offer -
Salary up to 30K
Contracted to 40 hours per week
