Location: Portbury
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
Pay Rate: £12.50 p/h (£18,75 p/h overtime)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Igloo is looking for Stores Operatives to join our client’s team in Portbury! Our client is a leading automotive and logistics company in the UK and has operations nationwide.
Permanent contracts will be offered to successful candidates upon completing a probationary period.
The Role:
As a Stores Person, you'll manage loose items such as spare keys, bookpacks, mats, and more for various contracts. Responsibilities include:
* Booking items into and out of stock.
* Delivering and collecting stock from various locations on-site.
* Responding to email queries and offering assistance.
* Assisting in other business areas after completing assigned tasks.
What You'll Need:
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with car parts.
* Full UK or EU driving licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong computer skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A hands-on and proactive approach.
* Physical fitness, as some items may be heavy.
* Willingness to work outdoors when storage tasks are completed
