Our client is a leading international business.

The role

The company is looking for an HR Assistant for 3-4 months to support with workload and there is the possibility the role could become permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the HR inbox and acting as first point of contact for HR queries, resolving these where possible and signposting and escalating as required.

* Updating the company intranet so managers have access to relevant information, helping them to deal with a range of HR issues.

* Completing the new starter and leavers process.

* Greeting new starters on their first day of work.

* Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation sessions.

* Maintaining and updating employee records, both physical and digital.

* Managing employee leave requests and maintaining accurate records.

* Updating the HR system with any employee changes

* Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required.

Person Specification

* Proven experience as an HR Administrator/Assistant or similar role.

* Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

* Familiarity with HR software and systems.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

* Proactive approach and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Start date: ASAP

Location – Central Bristol |hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)
