Independent Estate Agency requires a motivated Lettings Negotiator for their busy and successful Newton Abbot office. Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include: 
Registering and assisting tenants and purchasers with viewings 
Maintaining close relationships and providing feedback 
Assisting the tenancy process 
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments  Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role:
Previous lettings experience 
Comfortable working with targets
Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
