Opportunity to join a fast-paced, market leading technology business developing solutions for a dynamic global customer base. As part of a small assembly team the Assembly Team Leader will play an important role ensuring production output meets expected quality and volumes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Hands on assembly of the less frequent more complex electronic assembly tasks.
* Take the lead delivering process and documentation training to operators.
* Assist engineering team with developing assembly methods for new products.
* Be the go to person on the team for assembly queries.
* Demonstrate and train assembly processes to other team members.
What you will bring to the role:
* Experience of hand assembly of electronic or mechanical products.
* Experience training and leading team members.
* Ability to work with engineering team to explore assembly processes for future products.
* Good written communication skills.
* Experience of soldering electronic components and PCBs
