The role will support in managing the Service Delivery Contract Manager and the Small Works Contract Manager alongside the Lead Contract Support. The account has 44 employees and the focus will be on bringing is efficient ways of working, understanding the required skills set and managing any underperformance within the teams.

Core Purpose

Accountable for the profit and loss performance of allocated contract(s). Manages the overall service delivery of the contract(s). Implements the business plan and manages growth and operations of a contract(s).

Experience

* Worked in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years

* Worked on a contract that was turned around

* Managed budgets for an operational contract

* Managed and delivered against KPI’s / SLA’s including financial and health and safety targets

* Led and developed teams and effectively dealt with underperformance

* Developed and maintained a collaborative relationships with the current and new clients and supply chain partners

* Worked on bid/tender activity in the technical facilities maintenance industry

* Experience of mobilising and demobilising contracts

* Driven and embedded an outstanding customer service culture

* Identified and implemented opportunities to deliver contract growth in financial gains and efficiencies

* Managed a change management programme

* Experience of working on a SSFG contract and familiar with schedule of rates

Knowledge / Qualifications

* Electrically qualified (C&G / HND)

* Good understanding of financial management including WIP, debt, gross margin, cost, profit and loss

* Good understanding of CAFM Systems

* Good understanding of Waste Management

* Good understanding of health and safety relevant to the role

* Good understanding of statutory compliance

* Understanding of how to implement commercial contracts

* Good understanding of how to manage projects

* Good understanding of relevant market and industry

* IT literate
