Group Head of Marketing
We are looking for a Group Head of Marketing who’ll lead marketing activities from
social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. You will need a proven track record in driving multi-channel marketing programmes and are
responsible for developing marketing strategies and initiatives, creating marketing briefs for all key strategies, and ensuring that they are correctly communicated.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
* Manage a small team with a "hands on approach".
* Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
* Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses and campaign results.
* Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies,product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
* Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
Requirements
* Previous management experience in a Marketing role in a B2B enviroment.
* Ability to write stratergies for board level review.
* Background in both product and solution marketing.
* Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
* Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
* Previous experience of managing a team.
