Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)
Permanent or temp to perm
Rugby – office based
£22,500 - £23,500pa depending on experience
Our client, a growing and successful company based in Rugby, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.
The key responsibilities for a Sales Administrator:
* Assisting customers with sales related queries via telephone and email
* Logging quotation requests
* Follow up on quotations with customers
* Processing sales orders
* Supporting with general administration
The minimum requirements for a Sales Administrator:
* Great communication skills
* Experience within a fast-paced environment
* Experience dealing with customers
* Great IT skills - can pick up systems with ease
* Happy to work to deadlines and good at prioritisation
The ideal candidate for a Sales Administrator:
* Logical thinker and problem solver
* Has transport to and from the office in Rugby
* Ideally experience in office-based administration
* High accuracy and attention to detail
