Role: Contracts Supervisor
Location: Maidenhead
Type: Full-Time office based
Pay Rate: £28 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the contracts team, ensuring the efficient management of all contract-related activities and compliance with relevant regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of contract specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and supplier contracts.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contract risks.
Maintain organized and comprehensive contract records and documentation.
Develop and deliver training programs on contract management best practices.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
