Academics/CPSS are looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Educator for a temporary position in a amazing Primary School's based in Erdington (B24).
What skills and experience we are looking for in an Early Years Teacher:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
Being committed, passionate and having a positive outlook towards professional development is essential.
Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and carers as a Early Years Teacher
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Able to commute to Erdington (B24)Key Responsibilities for an Early Years Teacher:
To plan and implement activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
To observe, assess and record children's progress, and use this information to plan future activities and inform parents/carers of their child's progress
To provide a warm and welcoming environment for children and their families, and build positive relationships with parents/carers
To work in partnership with colleagues, sharing ideas and best practice to ensure the highest standards of care and education are provided
To ensure that all children are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted at all times as an Early Years Teacher
To adhere to all policies and procedures, including health and safety, safeguarding and data protectionKey Information:
