As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for leading and developing your team to exceed targets and expectations.

You will have experience of managing in a service led environment
You will thrive on developing your team to deliver first class customer experience and excel in driving your stores sales performance
You will be a positive, people focused, customer centric leader
You will be able to prioritise, anticipate changes and implement effective recommendations 
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and the team
You will take control and deliver impressive results through your team
You will communicate effectively and resolve problems with clear direction
You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more
You’ll make sure that customer journey is at the heart of everything you do and every decision you make 
 
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Bedworth, Coventry, Northfield, Dudley, Coseley and Sutton Coldfield
