We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an FLT operative based in Hixon!
Duties
* Operate milling machinery to process aluminium materials according to production requirements
* Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance
* Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders
* Perform quality checks on processed materials and report any deviations from specifications
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
* Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Required
* FLT Counterbalance license
* Reliable, honest and trustworthy
* Ability to communicate clearly
* Organised / Methodical
* Team player
