HR Officer (Recruitment/Payroll)

Stoke-on-Trent

£30,000 to £33,000 DOE + Profit related Bonus + 1 Days Hybrid working available once fully trained + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension 3.5 employee and 7% employer.

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexibility on hours can be discussed).

HR Officer required for a Global international manufacturer, offering a role with great benefits, variety, and stability.

The HR Officer Role:

Resourcing and recruiting candidates.
 Preparing and processing 2 payrolls per month for approx. 350 employees, ensuring accurate processing of salaries/worked hours, overtime, deductions, pensions, and additions such as bonus payments.
 Maintain all employee master data within the company’s HR systems, including payroll and time and attendance systems.
 Complete new starter and leaver and onboarding processes.
 Managing pension schemes and contribution payments.
 Completion of annual salary reviews, bonus payments, P11Ds.
 Supporting the HR department with administration responsibilities including organisation of annual occupational medicals, producing reports and management data, and employee communications including email and letters.
The Successful HR Officer:

You will have experience working in a similar role, either within recruitment, HR or payroll, excellent IT and numeracy skills are essential
