Position: Production Operative
Hours- Full time Noons- 13:45PM-22:00PM
Rate of pay: £12.88PH-£13.38PH
Possible temporary to permanent position for the right applicant.

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process. Your main responsibilities will include assembly, operating various machines, and ensuring quality control. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and friendly team, contributing to the success of our client's business. A FLT licence would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out assembly tasks according to set procedures and guidelines
Operate machines to produce high-quality products
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targetsSkills and qualifications required:
Previous experience in assembly, production, or machine operating is preferred
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
