Motorhome / Caravan Aftersales Manager
Starting salary of £28-32,000 per annum pending experience.
Uncapped centre performance related bonuses around £4-6,000+ per annum.
20 days’ annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays.

Due to the nature of the role you might be required to work additional hours in busier periods across the year.Aftersales Manager required for Leading Motorhome & Caravan Dealership in the Tewkesbury area.
Our Client is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.
What they are looking for in an Aftersales Manager
At least two/three years’ experience at a supervisory, workshop control, or management level within a similar automotive aftersales orientated business
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to successResponsibilities of the Aftersales Manager for our Client
Promotion of our client's business, its products and services
Liaising with and giving full service to the sales team.
Responsibility for all service centre day-to-day activities.
Ensure compliance of Health & Safety regulations.
To regularly audit and compile report on company owned tools and equipment.
To assume responsibility for annual accessory and parts stock take.
To control performance to budgets against monthly and annual accounts.
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times by following and working within our computer system and customer care programme.
Performing any other ad hoc tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of our client's business
The salary for this Aftersales Manager position is £32,000 basic with a potential OTE of £38,000.
