Are you a skilled Contracts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee civils projects in the vibrant West Midlands region? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team and take charge of managing contracts, ensuring project delivery excellence, and driving their continued success.

Role Overview: As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of civil engineering projects throughout the West Midlands region. Your role will involve overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of assigned civil engineering contracts from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and project delivery.
Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.Requirements:

Proven experience within the civil engineering industry as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management preferred.Benefits:
