Position:** Childrens Home Registered Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a dedicated team to achieve optimal outcomes for children and young people.
- Ensure strict compliance with National Children's Home Regulations, Quality Standards, and internal policies.
- Spearhead Regulation 44 monitoring visits and regulatory inspections from Ofsted.
- Develop and implement comprehensive staff training and development initiatives.
- Maintain effective budget management and financial oversight.
- Foster positive community relations and promote the homes role within the local area.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven managerial experience in residential childcare settings.
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks and child protection protocols.
- Strong communication skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality services.
