Fixed term contract
Experienced social worker required, preferably with experience of using Care Cubed tool and high-cost reviews.
Social worker will focus on high cost residential/supported living reviews utilising the care cubed tool.

Standard with Enhanced DBS Check/Adults Barred List and SWE
Photographic ID
Confidentiality Agreement signed.
Eligibility to work in the UK confirmed.
