An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fabricator/Wedler to join market leading engineering company in Huddersfield.
We would be keen to hear from you if you have any of the following experience:
* Welding to ASME IX and ISO3834 requirements
* Plating and welding on Carbon steel/Stainless steel/Duplex and Super Duplex. 3mm upto 100mm thick plate.
* Pipe welding on Carbon steel/Stainless steel/Duplex and Super Duplex ½” upto 12” pipe SCH10 to SCH80 pipe.
* Welding processes GMAW/GTAW/FCAW/SAW 1G and 6G.
* Oxy/Acetylene cutting.
* Plasma cutting.
* JIB cranes and overhead cranes
* Slinging and lifting.
* Pressing and rolling.
* Working at heights trained.
* Confined space trained.
The role requires a self-motivated and well organised individual who can play their part in a variety of daily activities to best suit the needs of the business, reporting directly to the Responsible Welding Coordinator for support, guidance, and coaching, resulting in excellent career opportunities for the successful candidate!
* The role would be Monday - Thursday, over 37 hours per week, with every Friday off!
