Orchard Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a regional fit out contractor to appoint a Site Manager on supermarket fit out, just on the outskirts of Leeds.
This is working alongside the main contractor on a new build unit, but focussing solely on the fit out.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing supermarket/retail fit out schemes and be available for the full 16 weeks.
Roles & Responsibilities
* H&S
* Ensuring the works are completed on time
* Following and assessing the programme
* RAMS
* Managing trades
* Inductions
* Main contractor liaison
* Attending progress meetings
* Director updates/walk arounds
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the specific experience in fit outs/supermarket fit outs.
