Salary of £36,498.67, inclusive of Shift Allowance,

Regular working schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Additional earning potential is available through overtime work, complemented by a weekend rota system that supports work-life balance.

This is a permanent role, that would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Technician / Multiskilled Engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing environment.

Role Essentials:

* Conduct maintenance, repair, and optimisation of mechanical equipment

* Collaborate with a skilled team to enhance workshop efficiency

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility

* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols

* Participate in a structured weekend Rota, ensuring operational excellence

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and fitting within an engineering workshop setting

* Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools

* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* NVQ L3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
