PSV Transport Manager required! My client are a bus and coach transport company, providing transport solutions to their customers nationally. Due to company growth, they're looking for a transport manager to join their team, playing a major role in managing the transportation staff and fleet.

PSV Transport Manager - Responsibilities

Develop and plan routes to improve efficiency and meet passenger demand.
Monitor and evaluate service performance, adjusting as necessary to improve service delivery.
Train, supervise, and evaluate transportation staff, including drivers.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
Develop and manage the transportation department budget.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of the transportation fleet. PSV Transport Manager - Requirements

Proven PSV transport management experience.
Transport Manager CPC (PSV) is desirable.
Team leadership/management experience.
Strong communication and decision-making skills. Remuneration

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 - dependent on experience
