Position: Social Worker
Salary: £30 per hour
Sheffield City Council is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Adults Mental Health Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges and promote their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults with mental health needs.
Providing therapeutic interventions and support to promote recovery and independence.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, support services, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
Advocating for individuals' rights and ensuring their voices are heard in care planning.Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with experience in adult mental health services.
Registered with Social Work England (or eligible for registration).
Knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices in mental health care.
Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate effective care plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centred approach to support.Benefits:
