My client, a leader in their field, are looking for a Customer Service Compliance Administrator to join their friendly team in Wakefield. The role is very busy and fast paced with lots of deadlines to meet to ensure that the customer receives the best service possible. You will speak to lots of different people, and be the back office superstar who ensures time frames are complied with.
Duties:
Managing customer expectations
Issuing documentation when required
Data input on the system
Building relationships with multiple teams
Dealing with emails, texts, and phone calls
Managing documentation
Other Administration tasks as required
Salary: £25,000
Hours: 8.30 - 4.45 with 45 minute lunch (potential for flexibility here)
Hybrid: once fully trained so could be up to 6 months and longer before fully trained

Holidays: 26 plus bank holidays
