The Role: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences, supporting the needs of individual students.
Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them to overcome academic challenges and reach their goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
Assist with administrative tasks and classroom management to ensure smooth operation of the learning environment.Requirements:
Previous experience working with secondary school students is essential.
