Job Description
We are looking for someone who will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability of our organization’s Sports Betting and Casino applications:
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Approaching operations as a Software Engineering challenge applying software engineering to solve operational challenges.
Being the first point of contact to our Operations and Dev teams for any questions and issues regarding our platform.
Responsibility to have the right monitoring tools in place and react to alerts during 24/7 on-call shifts.
Positive attitude and the ability to understand the critical urgency of topics and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ensure non-functional requirements for all applications and tools are met and clearly communicated.
Providing counsel to our internal software engineering team and proactively suggesting improvements on how to operate our microservice-based solution.
Automate as much as possible where necessary to reduce overhead for the day-to-day business.
