Job Description
As a Resort Services Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our in-house guests. Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and positive service, managing incoming calls, and coordinating various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience. 
As a Resort Services Operator, you will: 
Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests 
Answer calls using the phone routing system  
Route calls and take messages to the appropriate departments 
Complete daily reports and records as required
Answer, screen, and route outside calls
Supply information to callers and record messages
Call back each guest who called to ensure completion of the request
Coordinate with the front desk via “Owner Forecast Grid” to ensure all owner villas are a priority and that there are adequate villas in the system for the night arrival
Input and manage timeshare villa status for the front desk
Be a liaison with the front desk daily for partial and full services and VIP lists
