We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. This person will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting needs within the sales department. This includes sourcing and recruiting from various job board platforms as well as identifying, planning, and attending career fairs and university events. The Recruiter should strategically and proactively source passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future sales needs. The Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, review resumes and contact candidates to ascertain fit and interest as well as extend offers.
This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL. There will be some travel required.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Human Resources Department, specifically the HR Business Partner, Sales,
to understand sales recruitment needs and identify qualified candidates.
Identify university sanctioned hiring events, including career fairs, to attend in order to drive
recruiting efforts and network with potential candidates.
Leverage effective, economical, and appropriate sources/channels and methods.
Track recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply, or are sourced, until
they are successfully onboarded.
Source candidates on job boards, professional networks and through referrals.
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video
interviews and schedule in person interviews for hiring managers).
Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive
reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media).
Requirements

Work experience as an in-house Recruiter, preferably within the real estate, mortgage or financial
services industries.
High preference for strong sales recruiting experience and/or staffing experience
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques such as video
interviews or leading on site interviews with hiring managers
Experience with social media recruiting and sourcing, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter
Exceptional communication skills
