Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:         
Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up with attention to detail
Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
