This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Series A blockchain gaming company. We are well funded, have a strong product portfolio, and have reached a stage where sophisticated marketing is critical. 
We are looking for an experienced, talented, creative, hands-on, and self-motivated marketing professional to join our team and oversee all marketing activities for a portfolio of crypto and gaming products.
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive digital, product, and traditional marketing strategy to support our business lines. You must have a startup-mindset: scrappy, frugal, fast, creative, and iterative.
This position is based in New York City, and is full-time, in-person.

Everyrealm is a technology company that creates innovative technology for the social gaming generation, with offerings across a variety of categories, including identity, ranking, relationships, and events. We also publish community-driven video game titles. In addition, we manage three venture-style investment funds that invest in related businesses and technologies. Responsibilities 
Develop and implement marketing plans that drive revenue 
Responsible for developing, managing, and executing community, content, product, and multimedia marketing strategy 
Research, identify and evaluate new marketing ideas
Continuously perform extensive market research to maintain a competitive marketing strategy and to provide insights on the general market and present them to the leadership team 
Collaborate with the executive team to create unique strategic solutions 
Create, fully manage, and execute all social media marketing channels and campaigns 
Publish original, high-quality content on social platforms 
Focus on increasing social media engagement, channel growth, and traffic from social channels
Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing and assessing digital and social media traffic and engagement 
Identify and test new channels, content, and strategies that drive brand growth and improve marketing processes
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of marketing (social, digital, traditional, guerilla and etc.)
Extensive management experience, leading a marketing team across time zones, including both internal team members and external freelancers and agencies
Extremely organized and proficient at using project management tools, like Jira
Experience coordinating marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Understands or is interested in video gaming and/or online casino gaming
Is willing to roll up sleeves and do the work, rather than just direct agencies and subordinates
Proficient in data analysis and strategy 
Creating original text, images, and video content 
Have a good understanding of product marketing and the crypto and blockchain space
Crypto or Gaming marketing experience preferred
Should also have an understanding of Discord, X, TikTok and all other social media channels
