We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, managing stock movements, fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
·        Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
·        Pull inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
·        Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal inventory pull requests.
·        Master the inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
·        Manage inventory intake – accurately processing purchases, returns, and stock balancing.
·        Use Excel spreadsheets for data entries, prioritizing accuracy while comparing sets of data.
·        Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory.
·        Maintain accurate inventory records through usage of our software inventory management platform

Requirements:
High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification
Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or inventory management software is preferred
·        1+ years of experience in luxury goods or similar industry is preferred

Base pay range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
