Sales Operations Analyst
This is a contract opportunity.
This is an in-office opportunity in NY.  
 
About this position
The primary function of a Sales Operations Analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects. Responsibilities include managing all project management processes, such as project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. This role requires expertise in sales analytics, business analytics, and program management.
 
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain communication across business units or from the project team to the organization.
Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring milestones are met and alignment across the organization.
Track and communicate sales performance metrics on a weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Set up project and work breakdown structures.
Establish and document business processes.
Track project budgets and expenditures and monitor transactions and costs against budgets.
 
Skills/Requirements
5-7 years of experience in operations and project management.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Data analysis and data entry experience.
Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Additional Information:
12-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting
Pay/Salary Range:
 
Pay Range: $50-$55/hour
