Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Salesperson to join our team in the modular building sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales by approaching construction and events companies interested in purchasing portacabins. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
·Identify and research potential clients within the construction and events industries.
·Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
·Develop a targeted approach to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations.
2. Sales and Negotiation:
·Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our modular buildings.
·Understand the specific needs and requirements of each client and tailor solutions to meet their demands.
·Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Relationship Building:
·Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
·Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on modular building solutions and industry trends.
·Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects and fulfillment of client expectations.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
·Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the modular building sector.
·Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments to sales tactics and approaches.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
·Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
·Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track sales performance, forecast revenue projections, and assess market opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
·Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
·Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
·Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
·Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
·Knowledge of modular building concepts and products is a plus.
·Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

·Employment Type: Part-time. Hours to be agreed
