Higher Level Teaching Assistant-Leicester
Are you a qualified HLTA looking for a new role to help teach and support children?

I am currently recruiting for a Level 4/Higher level Teaching Assistant to start a mixed role in Leicester, starting a long-term position as soon as possible. You will be working 5 days a week and will be expected to complete typical TA duties in the morning and to plan and deliver lessons in the afternoon.

Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.

As an agency employed HLTA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:

*Strong curriculum knowledge.
*Minimum Level 4 HLTA (or equivalent) qualification.
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to plan and deliver lessons.
*Confident with classroom control

This is an excellent opportunity to work in lovely school rated 'GOOD' by Ofsted. Emma will be available 24/7 for you should you need support with anything.
