Location: Bury, Radcliffe, Manchester
Salary: c£32,652.90 (average, inclusive of any weekend premiums) + Overtime Available
 
Job Description: Rapier Employment are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Transport First Line Manager (Transport FLM) on the AM shift. This position offers competitive compensation, including night shift and weekend premiums, with an average salary of c£32,652.90 per annum.
 
Role responsibilities:

Assist compliance manager with keeping vehicle history files up to date and organised.
Oversee the shift operation, being first point of call for all issues raised on the day-to-day side of the transport operation.
Complete defect reports/VOR reports
Update Tachometer and DHLs internal compliance portal with any changes in fleet. 
Shift details:

4on / 4off – 04:00 – 16:00. 
Requirements:
 
Experience: Previous experience in transport supervision is essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
