Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining our exceptional product standards. Your responsibilities will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our QA Department, implementing Total Quality Management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and ISO accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team within a busy QA Department.

* Implement Total Quality Management strategies across the supply chain.

* Develop and maintain robust quality assurance processes aligned with technical standards and ISO requirements.

* Ensure strict compliance with evolving environmental and health & safety regulations.

* Conduct quality inspections, incoming stock testing, and production cycle audits.

* Oversee environmental stress testing, aging tests, and performance evaluations.

* Analyze product quality data, investigate defects, and drive corrective actions.

* Audit and support a network of suppliers to align with our UN Sustainability Development Goals.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Design team, throughout new product development.

* Maintain comprehensive technical files, quality records, and compliance documentation.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

* Location: Blackpool, Lancashire

* Driving Licence: Essential

Ideal Candidate:

* Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related technical field

* Progressive experience in QA and quality control within a commercial setting

* Strong IT, literacy, numerical, and analytical skills

* Confident, proactive individual with excellent communication abilities

* Familiarity with TQM, ISO 14001:2015 / 9001:2015, ESG, UN Sustainable Development Goals, environmental regulations, safety standards, and supplier auditing

* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining product excellence
