Plumber Position in Newcastle

Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum

Location: North England (mobile)

Benefits: Earn Over £43K with overtime and travel time (after 30 minutes) paid at an increased rate, company vehicle package and training programs.

Aspirare presents an exciting new opportunity for a Plumber to join a fantastic building services business operating across the North of England. This role involves reactive plumbing maintenance and remedial works on commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

Carry out remedial plumbing works based on Water Hygiene risk assessments, including tank cleans and removing dead legs.
Perform mains conversions of communal water systems.
Providing expert fault finding and repair of hot water systems, water heaters and pipework.
Occasionally conduct PPM and water hygiene tasks, such as water temperature testing, tank inspections, and TMV servicing.
Requirements:

Hold a recognised apprenticeship NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing/Heating.
Bring valuable experience from previous work on commercial sites.
Hold a G3 unvented water systems qualification (preferred however not essential).
Possess a valid UK driving license.
