Exciting Opportunity for Multi-Trade Operatives in Devon

Aspire Evolve is proud to partner with a reputable local contractor specializing in Heritage Developments, Refurbishment and new build in Devon & Cornwall. With a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, education, MOD, and collaborations with local authorities and governing bodies, our client is at the forefront of delivering quality projects.

Due to an influx of exciting projects, our client is expanding their team and seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives with a focus on fitting bathrooms on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities: As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will take on a number of tasks day to day including but not limited to, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, decoration, plastering and skimming and tiling. You will be expected to be able to turn your hand to a couple of trades.

Location: Your primary working area will span between Exeter and Plymouth.

Duration: temp to perm

Essentials:

* NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a skilled trade.

* Versatility in multiple trades, with skills extending to carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.

* CSCS certification preferred but not essential.

* Ownership of basic tools is preferred but not essential.
