Demand Planner: Consumer Electronics: Weybridge

This is a great opportunity to join our clients Demand Planning Team as a Demand Planner. Their Demand Planning Team is responsible for the overall supply chain management including demand planning and stock replenishment for retailers.

As a Demand Planner you will be tasked to understand core operation of the UK TV business, analyse market demand and coordinate entire supply chain by reporting weekly SCM status, PSI status, communicate with sales, logistics, order management team and factory to stabilize supply chain and maximize the sales.

You will be responsible for generating daily report such as sales progress, order acquisition, channel PSI and etc. Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested by the line manager

* Prior knowledge and experience of Forecasting and Supply Chain principles, strong supply planning experience preferred (inbound into country, outbound to customer)

* Highly Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas) and confident using new systems

* Good overview of the commercial process, production planning and retail interface / order fulfilment.

* Understanding appropriate Business Unit market is an advantage

* Strong analytical skills

* Ability to work assertively to debate/challenge forecasts or tackle issues and reach a consensus between all parties

* Logical common sense and proactive approach to problem solving
