Our NHS client based in East Grinstead has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team as soon as possible!

The role will be temporary and is estimated to last until the end of September 2024 initially. The hours of the role are full time working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The pay rate for the role is £15.25 per hour.

Duties of the role will include: -

· Provide advice and assistance to managers regarding staff-related operational issues such as flexible working, maternity, adoption, paternity, employment breaks, annual leave and sickness absence
· Act as a first point of contact for HR advice to managers across the full range of employee relations relating to both Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental issues including grievance, conduct, performance management, sickness absence, redeployment etc.
· Manage a caseload of employee relations issues and advise managers on HR issues
· Arrange formal meetings and investigations as required
· Maintain accurate records including formal HR case files
· Audit personnel case files in line with requirements of the relevant policy
· Contribute to Clinical and Corporate Business Unit meetings as required
· Prepare and implement organisational changes
· Advise managers on all aspects of the pay banding and job evaluation process, including undertaking job matching and consistency checking
· Develop and deliver training programmes
· Additional HR related duties as required

In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you have a CIPD Level 5 Qualification and previous experience of working in a busy HR environment.
