Supply Desk are seeking an excellent Religious Studies Teacher for a school in Beaconsfield 

Easter/September 2024

Location: West Wycombe 

Role: Religious Studies Teacher

Salary: £31,350 - £47,839

Duties vary widely but can include:

Helping with pupils learning and development, e.g. assisting those who are struggling listening and reading
Keeping records of each pupil’s progress and help progress them to higher marks/grades
Helping students develop life skills and mentoring them to have a positive outlook
Using different approaches to match the curricular objectives and to make sure there is an equal opportunity for all pupils
Have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum programmes especially within Religious Studies

The Successful candidate will have:

Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
Hold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
Prior experience of working within the education sector
Good knowledge of the Religious Studies curricular
Ability to commute to High Wycombe
