About the opportunity

This opportunity will attract those who have a proven background in Contracts Management and project delivery working largescale paint decorating contracts, that are client facing, technically sound and commercially aware. The role will be predominately site based overseeing projects in London and Home Counties, where you’ll be responsible for pre-start meetings, site set ups, labour management, programme management, client meetings, H&S, quality control and site handovers

Our Client is a specialist Paint Decorating Contractor, that specialise primarily in the Residential market where painting contracts typically range anywhere from£ 100k to £1.5m in value, working for a variety of National House Builders and leading developers, such as Berkeley Homes, Carla Homes, Countryside and HG Construction

This company has a lot of Heritage and have a proven. established name with the construction sector. Owned by 2 brothers who have managed to create a vibrant work environment in an newly refurbished, modern office.

Requirements

To be successful all applicants must have worked with a Paint Decorating Contractor in a Contract Manager role. Our client will only consider candidates that have a proven background with a relevant discipline and have displayed previous results with that sector.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within the £55k to £75k bracket. However candidates at a higher salary level will also be considered if they can provide the right network of industry candidates to support this company’s growth plans. They also provide a free gym membership at the offices local Gym
