Job Title: Electrical or Mechanical Engineer

Location: Chancery Lane, London

Salary: £47,000 per annum

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our corporate office in Chancery Lane, London. The successful candidate will work in a 2-man team, responsible for planned maintenance, quoted works, and participating in building shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting planned maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively

* Responding to call-outs as per the ROTA schedule

* Participating in building shutdowns and emergency repairs

* Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

* Providing technical expertise and support as needed

Requirements:

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* Previous experience in a similar role preferred

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexibility to work outside of regular hours when required
